Wonderful. We were very satisfied. Staff were both polite & extremely helpful. Accommodation & cleanliness is good.Service & Food choices were appetising, varied, & excellently prepared. Our Stay was most enjoyable. We will be going there again.
The staff are lovely, food is great can't fault anything about them and food, I was there for 4 nights, night one I could hear a hell of a lot of noise, I asked in the morning what the door in my room led to, I was told that they where the staff flats, I explained that it was very loud from the flats, lots of laughing, banging door , chatting, cooking on the early hours of the morning, I explained that it was very loud, a member of reception said they would speak to the staff, the night after it was still very loud, had about 4 hours sleep, I spoke to someone on reception that night about being moved rooms as I was working supporting vulnerable adults, she told me that they didn't have any single rooms only doubles and because I was in a single I couldn't move, the receptionist said she would speak to the staff in the morning, on the 3rd night it was still very noisy, 5am there was a lot of banging doors and talking, on my last night there I said that they are still being noisy. I would advice when booking a room here to ask not to be in room 211 as it's very noisy and right next to the staff flats, literally a door between the room and there kitchen or hallway I am guessing, the extractor fan is also right outside the window so that's noisy aswell, the lights from the staff flats are left on so shines through the room and the light in the hallway is always on so comes in from bottom and sides of he door, the lift is also right outside the room so everytime someone goes in or out the alarm sounds, apart from that the hotel was great
Best Hotel I've been in for years, staff efficient & friendly food superb spoilt for choice.
We really enjoyed our holiday, all of the staff are friendly and very helpful, the food is delicious and the room is very comfortable.
Love hotel, right on the front. Great view of the beach and the sea. Breakfast was delicious with a good choice and great service.
