Very good pub food, very friendly staff and welcoming to kids.
Lovely little pub. Friendly staff and the food was beautiful. I had 8oz sirloin cooked blue and it was beautiful. The only thing that let it down was the kids meal, the burger bun was rock heard but my kids being the troopers they are are the soft bits and left the hard.
Had a lovely impromptu meal at the Balfour. The restaurant is really lovely, large, modern but cosy with a great ambience, I get the feeling it's underused by the locals but they should really give it a try, great menu and brilliant drinks deals plus live music will definitely come again!
Friendly staff served us a jolly nice Sunday lunch and at a reasonable price. Just what we wanted.
Have made this pub"our local" great atmosphere, we eat here once a week and have always been very satisfied with the variety on the menu. Live entertainment is varied, and there is karaoke on the last Friday of the month, great pub, plenty of parking.
