the team are excellent at getting you into rented accommodation, so that they can take your money. but once you are into the property they are negligent and unprofessional. They are anal and don't care that you are living in the property and that it will show signs of this such as clutter (magazines dvds clean dishes) on coffee tables and kitchen sides as this apparently is disgusting. They never get round to fix any problems you inform them of. When it comes to leaving the property they will take as much of your deposit as possible by making up false accusations. i have been in a total of 4 rented properties with 4 different estate agents and these are far the worst.
Professional staff who go the extra mile to ensure they give a good service. Highly recommended.
