Had a couple sessions so far with Josh at Jurassic Physio, very knowledgeable, diagnosed my problem well and has given me a set of strength exercises to help my recovery and prevent further injury. Great to see an actual sportsman as a physio as he fully understands the stress and strain that regular sport puts on your body!
