In my opinion Appalling After Sales Service,with a Pre owned Rolex Ladies Watch.If you have a genuine problem ,whilst under his so called Comprehensive Two Year Guarantee, he does not want to know even when I explained about the fault fully, after phoning him, as he did not answer a previous E mail. I provided all the watch details ,he said grudgingly he would look into it with his suppliers. Heard nothing after a week. so I rang again,does nothing but give ridiculous reasons for no progress.Arrogant attitude. Very very Unhappy and does not even merit one star.
