This is such an amazing shop as it stocks a wide range of products relating to computing and technology, combined with services and support. It has proven invaluable to me in my business and the staff are so helpful, beyond just selling you something. A credit to the High st.
First class every time, everything from buying ink, a new printer, getting photocopying done, help with preparing tickets for events I organise. Helen is a delight to work with, always with a smile and a helpful word AND it doesn't cost a fortune to visit Sidsoft, Sidmouth's one stop shop for all things connected with computers.
I use this shop regularly for my own computer needs and more often for those of the local Memory Cafe. Helen is always friendly and helpful and has helped our charity in every way she can. Her advice is always good and very much appreciated. As I am definitely not a computer expert, this little shop is a real asset.
A really lovely little shop in Sidmouth that has expanded so much in the last three years. Helen is always happy to help you with anything. If she doesn't have it in stock then she can nearly always get it for you. If your in town then it is worth a visit.
Fantastic customer service from Helen, even though the part I needed wasn't in stock as it was a specialist piece of hardware, Helen sourced it, ordered it promptly, kept me informed throughout and even offered to fit it for free!!
