Always had great customer service and an enjoyable experience particularly at the Dunster shop with Ashleigh ,seen him build his business into a quality establishment .
Some good pictures and I spent about 10 minutes browsing. During the entire time I was there the receptionist was on the phone having a loud and banal conversation. I was not acknowledged at all. I had a question about a painting I was interested in which was several hundred pounds and hovered by the woman but still I was ignored. I decided to leave the shop and return to make my purchase later. When I returned she was still on the phone this time talking about holidays. I left. Appalling service. Does she not know how to behave?
